Complete Bookkeeping & Accounting is owned by Karen Zuppa and is operated in the city Greenwood Village in Colorado. Since our company opened its doors in 1992, we have strived to meet every clients expectations with exceptional service and a personal touch that can be difficult to find in financial industries today.

Karen Zuppa originally founded the company with the intention of making a payment on a new vehicle.  Since then, our business has grown one client at a time and established itself into the position it is in today.  As a result of this steady and continued growth, in May of 2011, our office was relocated into the newly renovated office condominium that we are in today.

Denver Bookkeeping & Accounting - About UsKaren is a Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience and has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for 13 years.  Her leadership and guidance has resulted in persistent and continued growth year-over-year for Complete Bookkeeping & Accounting.  She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, Inc., the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, the National Advisor Network, and The Greater Glendale Chamber of Commerce. Karen combines her extensive financial experience and skills with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.


Becky Ashcraft – Director of Accounting

Her strong background in banking and finance makes her a knowledgeable asset to our company as does her occupational range, which extends from working for a Fortune 500 company to small businesses. This diverse experience allows Becky to accommodate her skills to varying types of clientele, skills which she combines with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Certifications as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor for 2012 and 2013, and as a member of the National Advisor Network.


Jessica Mullaney – Bookkeeper

She is experienced in numerous bookkeeping tasks including Payroll, Quarterly Taxes, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Expense Reports, and much more. She brings her technical knowledge and skills through her previous experience in the Telecommunication and computer-related industry to Complete Bookkeeping, allowing her to better serve client needs. Jessica combines her technical background with a Bachelor of Arts in English and her Certifications as a 2012 and 2013 QuickBooks ProAdvisor.



Alyson Varner – Office Manager & Bookkeeper

Alyson, an administrative professional, is the Office Manager/Bookkeeper at Complete Bookkeeping & Accounting. Prior to joining Complete Bookkeeping & Accounting, she worked as Accounts Payable for Space Micro. She has experience with Payroll, Quarterly taxes, Accounts Payable, and Expense Reports. Her experience is combined with an Associates of Science in Business Administration and certifications for QuickBooks Online and TSheets. She has been a QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2015.
